Data deletion instructions

You can request deletion of your Pillcare365 account and the personal and medication data associated with it.

Option 1 — Email request

Send an email from your registered address to info@jcbsolutions.com with the subject "Pillcare365 account deletion". We will confirm and delete your account within 30 days.

Option 2 — Signed-in settings (when available)

Go to Account settings and use account management options, or contact support if you need help merging duplicate accounts.

What we delete

User profile, login methods, and linked patient record
Medications, schedules, reminders, and adherence history
Push notification subscriptions

Facebook Login

If you signed in with Facebook, you may also remove the app in Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites. Deleting your Pillcare365 account removes data stored on our servers; it does not delete your Facebook account.
