Pillcare365 ("we", JCB Solutions inc.) helps families manage medication reminders and adherence. This policy describes how we handle personal information when you use https://www.pillcare365.com.
Information we collect
- Account data: email, display name, authentication identifiers (email, Facebook, Google, Microsoft, Apple when enabled).
- Health-related data you enter: medications, schedules, adherence history, notification preferences.
- Technical data: device push tokens, app logs, analytics (Umami — privacy-friendly, no advertising cookies).
How we use information
We use your data to provide reminders, sync your account across devices, improve reliability, and support you. We do not sell personal information.
Sharing
Data is processed on Microsoft Azure (Canada). Email and push notifications may use Azure Communication Services and Web Push. Social login providers (Facebook, Google, etc.) receive only what is needed for authentication per their policies.
Retention & deletion
You may request deletion of your account and associated health data. See our data deletion instructions.
