1. Service description
Pillcare365 helps individuals and families manage medication schedules, track adherence, and receive reminders. It is not a medical device and does not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Pillcare365. By using the service you confirm you meet this requirement. Caregivers may create accounts on behalf of dependants.
3. Account responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at info@jcbsolutions.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to access other users' data
- Reverse-engineer or scrape the service
- Transmit malware or disruptive content
5. Health disclaimer
Pillcare365 provides reminders based on the data you enter. We do not verify medication information. Always follow your healthcare provider's instructions. We are not liable for missed doses, incorrect medication data, or health outcomes.
6. Privacy
Your use of Pillcare365 is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
7. Intellectual property
The Pillcare365 name, logo, and software are owned by JCB Solutions inc. You retain ownership of the health data you enter.
8. Service availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, JCB Solutions inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Pillcare365.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice.
